DISCUSSION AND PRODUCT CONSULTATION
Our Marketing team is ready to provide services in the form of free product discussions and consultations to you. We will also provide recommendations for betel nut products that are currently in demand in the market.
In addition, you can determine the grade quality, type of cut, and type of packaging that are suitable for your business. We will help you to make the product with the best premium quality raw materials.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT (MOU)
If you are sure that you want to partnership with Suparindo, the next stage is the Memorandum of understanding (MOU) process or the agreement signing of a business contract for both parties.
The MOU is intended as a clear agreement between customer and Suparindo as a business partner in the form of a legal document.
Our minimum of quantity (MOQ) is also guaranteed to be very affordable. So you don’t have to worry about going over budget.
PAYMENT
If the MOU and equipment documents are ready, you can make payments for OEM services according to the MOU or agreement that has been mutually agreed upon.
We also provide convenience in payment process whether in full payment OR in up to 3x installments.
We accept many payment method that can secure both parties such as Bank Transfer, L/C (Letter of Credit), and Paypal.
PACKAGING DESIGN
We provide free product packaging design services to you. You can determine and customized the design by yourself for your own brand or ask for recommendations from us.
We accept product packaging designs for packaging forms such as pouches, glass jars, plastic jars, sachets, as well as primary boxes and secondary boxes.
PRODUCTION
Production will also go through Quality Control process by our team to comply with quality standards and applicable regulations. The process aims to ensure that your product is appropriate and minimizes the occurrence of errors.
Your betel nut product will also be packaged according to the packaging you choose. Finally with a plastic seal to ensure the safety of the contents and product packaging so that they are not damaged. Prior to the final packaging stage, all products will be reviewed to deliver the best quality products.
DELIVERY
We will do the final packing before delivery process. All individual packaging of the products will be placed together inside a thick cardboard to facilitate the distribution of products.
After that, your Betel Nut products are ready to be delivered to your final destination through the shipping courier service that has been selected in advance. Delivery process can be through sea freight and air freight.
